Roman Šťastný

Czech advocate since 2000 and partner of the firm since 2006, Roman’s primary areas of expertise are banking, finance and real estate transactions. Roman regularly represents lenders, as well as borrowers, in various financial transactions and developers as well as investors in real estate transactions, including development, the structuring of equity investments and debt financing for new projects, and negotiating leases and sales of completed projects through the sale of shares or assets. Roman has also advised various public or semi-public entities on the procurement of their financing.

Marta Fišnerová

Daniel Pospíšil

Tomáš Richter

Tomáš Richter is an Associate Professor of Commercial Law and has been a practicing attorney since 1998. In addition to Prague, he briefly practiced in London and Frankfurt am Main. Before joining JŠK in the spring of 2021, he spent nearly 25 years working at international law firms Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy. In the Chambers Europe directory, he is regularly ranked in “Tier 1” in the Czech Republic for his main specialization in restructuring and insolvency. In the IFLR directory, he is rated as “Highly Recommended” in the same field.
Dana Štumpová

Dana passed the judicial exam in 1994 and was appointed as a judge. She has also worked at several international law firms.In recent years, she has supervised EU-funded projects and acted as a FIDIC contract specialist, delivering related seminars since 2005. She focuses on public procurement in construction, particularly the award of works. Alongside her legal practice, she advises on property rights in restitution and on land use by airport operators. She is a member of the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers.
