He has a wealth of experience in transactions on both the international and domestic sides. Tomáš actively cooperates with the Czech Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA), which supports companies operating in the field of private equity and venture capital.

Roman’s experience includes representing numerous clients in acquisitions and financing, financial and operating aircraft leases, and representing multinational clients in litigation and competition matters. Roman has substantial experience in the fields of public infrastructure, PPP, energy, telecommunications, healthcare and IP/IT and also advises start-ups.
Eva has been a partner in JŠK since 2006. Her area of expertise is insurance, where she has unique experience. She leads a dedicated team which regularly acts for a number of insurers, reinsurers, securities dealers, insurance and investment intermediaries and other financial institutions. In addition, she often advises clients on various regulatory and commercial matters, including litigation, IT law, employment law, data protection and healthcare.
Czech advocate since 2000 and partner of the firm since 2006, Roman’s primary areas of expertise are banking, finance and real estate transactions. Roman regularly represents lenders, as well as borrowers, in various financial transactions and developers as well as investors in real estate transactions, including development, the structuring of equity investments and debt financing for new projects, and negotiating leases and sales of completed projects through the sale of shares or assets. Roman has also advised various public or semi-public entities on the procurement of their financing.
Qualified English solicitor with more than 25 years of experience and one of the founders of the firm, Nick works for us on a broad range of M&A transactions, telecommunications matters and other projects in the CEE region, the Gulf region and the former Soviet Republics.
Michal is an of-counsel in JŠK. He mainly focuses on advisory in the area of fair process, cartels and the EU/Czech law matters on competition law. He has been involved in competition law for more than 10 years and has acted as deputy chairman of the Czech Competition Authority (CCA) for 5 years. He also teaches competition law at the Palacký University in Olomouc and Masaryk University in Brno. Michal has written a number of articles and books and is a member of the editorial board of Antitrust – revue of competition law.
