Eva has been a partner in JŠK since 2006. Her area of expertise is insurance, where she has unique experience. She leads a dedicated team which regularly acts for a number of insurers, reinsurers, securities dealers, insurance and investment intermediaries and other financial institutions.  In addition, she often advises clients on various regulatory and commercial matters, including litigation, IT law, employment law, data protection and healthcare.

Czech advocate since 2000 and partner of the firm since 2006, Roman’s primary areas of expertise are banking, finance and real estate transactions. Roman regularly represents lenders, as well as borrowers, in various financial transactions and developers as well as investors in real estate transactions, including development, the structuring of equity investments and debt financing for new projects, and negotiating leases and sales of completed projects through the sale of shares or assets. Roman has also advised various public or semi-public entities on the procurement of their financing.

Qualified English solicitor with more than 25 years of experience and one of the founders of the firm, Nick works for us on a broad range of M&A transactions, telecommunications matters and other projects in the CEE region, the Gulf region and the former Soviet Republics.

Czech advocate since 2007 and partner of the firm since 2020. She specialises in litigation, particularly complex liability claims in the fields of construction, energy, IT and the auto industry, focusing also on directors' liability. She handles portfolios of claims for clients from the insurance sector, provides them with full loss adjusting services and assists with settlement negotiations.

Hana has been a qualified attorney since 2009 and focuses on complex construction projects, including PPP, EPC, and D&B. She is among the leading experts in public procurement, having participated in major infrastructure projects worth several billion euros. In addition to her legal practice, she also serves as the Director of the Legislative Section at the Association of Building Entrepreneurs.

Daniel has been practising law since 2018 and focuses on banking and finance, representing both lenders and borrowers across a wide range of projects. His extensive experience in M&A has contributed to the successful completion of numerous high-profile Czech and international transactions, including advisory work in transactional insurance. A significant part of his portfolio also encompasses expertise in real estate law, where he collaborates with leading Czech investors and developers.

Tomáš Richter is an Associate Professor of Commercial Law and has been a practicing attorney since 1998. In addition to Prague, he briefly practiced in London and Frankfurt am Main. Before joining JŠK in the spring of 2021, he spent nearly 25 years working at international law firms Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy. In the Chambers Europe directory, he is regularly ranked in “Tier 1” in the Czech Republic for his main specialization in restructuring and insolvency. In the IFLR directory, he is rated as “Highly Recommended” in the same field.

Dana passed the judicial exam in 1994 and was appointed as a judge. She has also worked at several international law firms.In recent years, she has supervised EU-funded projects and acted as a FIDIC contract specialist, delivering related seminars since 2005. She focuses on public procurement in construction, particularly the award of works. Alongside her legal practice, she advises on property rights in restitution and on land use by airport operators. She is a member of the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers.
